EyeRest — Privacy Policy

Overview

EyeRest is designed with a strict zero-data-collection policy. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information. Period.

Data Collection

EyeRest collects no data whatsoever. Specifically:

• No personal information (name, email, phone number, etc.)
• No usage analytics or telemetry
• No device identifiers or fingerprinting
• No location data
• No health data transmitted off-device
• No crash reports sent to external services
• No cookies or tracking pixels

Local Data Storage

EyeRest stores your break history and screen time statistics exclusively on your device using local storage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party.

If you delete the app, all locally stored data is permanently removed.

Accounts

EyeRest does not require or support user accounts. There is no sign-up, no login, and no cloud sync.

Third-Party Services

EyeRest does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. There are no ads in the app.

In-App Purchases

EyeRest offers an optional one-time premium purchase ($2.99) to unlock guided eye exercises. This transaction is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store any payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs the purchase transaction.

Children's Privacy

Because EyeRest collects no data at all, it is safe for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

If we ever update this privacy policy, changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Given our zero-collection approach, we do not anticipate material changes.
